Giunta alla sua sesta edizione, la HAT Pavia Sanremo si conferma una manifestazione di grande successo; capace di attirare motociclisti di tutte le nazionalità, età e livelli di esperienza, offrendo percorsi differenti pensati per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i partecipanti, alla riscoperta della cosiddetta “viabilità minore” a partire dai percorsi sterrati su strade a fondo naturale.
Un’atmosfera unica
La manifestazione crea un’atmosfera di festa e condivisione, dove i partecipanti possono incontrarsi e scambiare esperienze. Non mancano, inoltre, gli incontri con i campioni del mondo dei moto rally, dell’enduro e della Dakar, che rendono l’evento ancora più emozionante. Vivi l’atmosfera dei grandi rally internazionali.
HAT NEW VINTAGE:
La HAT Vintage nella sua formula rinnovata per l’edizione 2024 apre al mondo delle vecchie Adventure che hanno fatto la storia della moto, alle immatricolate fino al 1994 che oggi hanno più di trent’anni. Il rispetto dovuto a queste moto storiche prevede un’attenzione particolare sotto forma di un parco partenza dedicato, la premiazione di alcuni modelli per età e qualità ed il percorso dedicato, durata due giorni. Siamo certi che queste moto che sono nel cuore di tutti gli appassionati non solo saranno stelle alla partenza ma anche sul percorso alla guida dei loro appassionati riders.

E’ una gara ? non proprio, non ci sono classifiche…
E’ un viaggio ? certamente, ma non solo… si guida anche per conquistare un punteggio…
E’ un’avventura in moto ? sicuramente, per la bellezza dei percorsi e dei paesaggi ma anche per la lunghezza delle sue tappe…
La novità 2024 sarà l’introduzione di una nuova categoria con un percorso inedito ed esclusivo, la HAT Challenge. Questa avventura sarà dedicata ai piloti più esperti e appassionati. Si svolgerà su un percorso di oltre 450 km, con controlli orari di passaggio e segreti, prova su enduro park e tratti da percorrere senza traccia GPS. Una sfida che metterà alla prova le capacità di guida, di navigazione e di resistenza dei partecipanti, regalando loro emozioni indimenticabili. La HAT Challenge sarà aperta solo a 30 piloti, che parteciperanno da soli o in gruppo, ma ognuno iscritto singolarmente. I partecipanti riceveranno un trattamento esclusivo, per vivere un’avventura unica.

DETTAGLI EVENTO
La HAT Pavia Sanremo nasce come una diretta emanazione della nota HAT Sanremo-Sestriere, della quale condivide spirito e filosofia: ampliare gli orizzonti dell’Adventouring.
Con partenza da Pavia, in posizione privilegiata nella Pianura Padana, il percorso si snoda lungo gli argini del fiume Po, per poi tagliare verso sud e continuare verso Ovada. Qui si incontrano i primi rilievi dell’Appennino Ligure-Piemontese e il percorso diventa più boscoso e montuoso. Verso Cortemilia, nel cuore dell’Alta Langa, si incontrano ripide colline, sentieri boschivi, single track utilizzati prevalentemente dai contadini e strade panoramiche che offrono viste spettacolari. Dopo la sosta notturna a Cairo Montenotte, si prosegue verso Altare, dove il lungo sterrato della Colla di San Giacomo porta i piloti in direzione Garessio. Da lì, d’obbligo il passaggio sul Colle di Nava e quindi la discesa verso il mare per arrivare a Sanremo.
Un’esperienza di libertà e responsabilità
La HAT Pavia-Sanremo è un evento che pone l’accento sull’autonomia e la responsabilità dei partecipanti. Ogni partecipante è libero di scegliere il percorso che preferisce, seguendo le tracce fornite ed indicazioni dall’organizzazione. La scelta del percorso e la sua percorrenza saranno a carico di ciascun partecipante.
NEW VINTAGE
Riservata alle moto immatricolate prima del 1994. Ha durata di due giorni e sarà possibile parteciparvi in gruppo di tre persone. Il percorso è di circa 450 chilometri, sulle tracce della versione Classic con paesaggi langaroli mozzafiato. È destinata a coloro che desiderano guidare la propria moto storica lungo un percorso ADVENTOURING. La partenza è prevista per il sabato mattina da Pavia e l’arrivo a Cairo Montenotte nel tardo pomeriggio del sabato. Ripartenza domenica mattina per la seconda tappa direzione colle di Nava – Sanremo.
La nuova formula VINTAGE prevede:
- Parcheggio riservato
- Partenza anticipata rispetto alla Classic
- Venerdì pomeriggio sarà organizzata una premiazione tramite una giuria formata da giornalisti di settore ed esperti di moto vintage.
Categorie di premiazione: Moto più antica – Moto più rara – Miglior Customizzazione - Assistenza lungo il percorso, i piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico e assistenza sanitaria della Croce Verde, di medici e dei punti di ristoro.
Recupero della moto su strade sterrate (verrà effettuato in un momento successivo, ove sia possibile con i mezzi dell’organizzazione e trasportata ad un punto tappa).
DISCOVERY
durata due giorni. È possibile partecipare sia singolarmente che in gruppo e prevede un percorso di circa 390 chilometri, immersi nella natura.
Il percorso del primo giorno sarà simile a quello della Classic, evitando i tratti più impegnativi. Arrivo a Cairo Montenotte nel pomeriggio. La ripartenza domenica mattina sarà su parte del percorso della Classic e su parte di un percorso dedicato. La Discovery è la categoria adatta a chi si vuole avvicinare per la prima volta alla HAT e vivere l’atmosfera del viaggio. I piloti potranno usufruire lungo il percorso del supporto logistico assistenza sanitaria e dei punti di ristoro.
CLASSIC
la tradizionale, adatta a motociclisti già esperti con tratti più impegnativi ma comunque adatto alle maxi-enduro da oltre 150 kg, come da regolamento ADVENTOURING SERIES.
Due giorni intensi in cui i partecipanti percorreranno circa 450 chilometri
Il percorso include alcuni dei luoghi più suggestivi della zona con tratti tecnici nell’alta Langa.
Arrivo a Cairo Montenotte nel tardo pomeriggio del sabato. Ripartenza domenica mattina per la seconda tappa direzione colle di Nava – Sanremo. I piloti potranno usufruire lungo il percorso del supporto logistico assistenza sanitaria e dei punti di ristoro.
CHALLENGE
destinata solo a coloro che veramente vogliano vivere un’esperienza di viaggio avventuroso in solitaria o in gruppo, lungo percorsi impegnativi, una sfida per mettere alla prova le proprie capacità di guida e di navigazione ma in sicurezza, potendo contare sull’assistenza dell’organizzazione.
Requisiti: Partecipazione ad almeno una precedente edizione della HAT.
Percorso: Il percorso della Challenge è di oltre 450 chilometri, con nuovi tratti inediti e sfidanti differenziati dalla traccia principale. La prima tappa del sabato include una prova su un campo riservato di enduro.
La nuova formula della Challenge prevede:
• Controlli orari di passaggio e segreti
• Tracce da percorrere senza traccia GPS
• Una sfida di navigazione e regolarità
• Prova su enduro park riservato ai partecipanti
• Limite partecipanti N°30
• Acquisizione dei punteggi (vedi Formula Evento Master Challenge)
ASSISTENZA
Lungo il percorso, i piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico e assistenza sanitaria della Croce Verde, di medici e dei punti di ristoro e servizi riservati alla categoria Challenge.
Recupero della moto su strade sterrate (verrà effettuato in un momento successivo, dove sia possibile con i mezzi dell’organizzazione e trasportata ad un punto tappa).
TAPPA INTERMEDIA
La tappa intermedia della Challenge si conclude sabato sera a Cairo Montenotte.
Ripartenza domenica mattina per la seconda tappa direzione colle di Nava – Sanremo.
La versione Challenge è un’esperienza impegnativa, ma anche molto gratificante, un’opportunità unica per vivere un’avventura indimenticabile, mettendo alla prova le proprie capacità.
Per questa sesta edizione il numero dei partecipanti è limitato ad un massimo di 280 piloti.
REGOLAMENTO CHALLENGE
- Una sfida personale di precisione e regolarità che premia la condotta di guida regolare, precisa, rispettosa e consistente nel tempo su diversi parametri.
- Ogni pilota deve compiere tutto il percorso seguendo fedelmente le tracce fornite, nei tempi medi corretti comunicati.
- L’organizzazione assegnerà dei bonus (detti “Token”) al pilota che avrà rispettato luoghi e tempi di passaggio comunicati.
- L’obiettivo per ciascun pilota è raccogliere un numero definito dei Token previsti dall’organizzazione sul percorso per ciascuna giornata.
Raccolta punti (Token)
- Tempo:
- Verranno stabiliti dei punti di passaggio sul percorso ad un km definito detti “Gate”.
- Ciascun pilota dovrà rispettare i tempi di passaggio nei Gate (al km indicato) comunicati alla partenza in base alla media oraria di giornata, che potrà essere differente a seconda della giornata.
- L’orario di passaggio sarà rilevato tramite tracking GPS attivo su ciascun pilota e per ciascun pilota.
- Con una tolleranza sull’orario di passaggio comunicato, il pilota otterrà un token passando al gate nel tempo corretto. Verrà fornita una tabella con gli orari di partenza e di passaggio.
- Ciascun arrivo di giornata costituirà un gate a tutti gli effetti dove ciascun pilota dovrà arrivare nel tempo comunicato con una tolleranza di +/- 30 minuti. In difetto non si otterrà il token relativo.
- Navigazione:
- L’organizzazione definirà dei punti sul percorso dove ciascun pilota dovrà obbligatoriamente passare, senza rilievo di tempo e senza che il pilota sia informato (tipo blind).
- Il solo passaggio al check point segreto darà diritto ad un token.
- Saranno previsti 3/4 check point al giorno.
- Obiettivo:
- Riceveranno il titolo di Master of Adventouring tutti i piloti che avranno raccolto un numero minimo definito token totali messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione nel corso dell’evento.

The HAT Vintage in its revamped formula for the 2024 edition opens up the world of old Adventure bikes that have made motorbike history, those registered up to 1994 that are now over thirty years old. The respect due to these historic motorbikes includes special attention in the form of a dedicated start park, the awarding of prizes to certain models for their age and quality, and a dedicated two-day route. THE ‘HAT CHALLENGE’, BUT WHAT IS IT?
Is it a competition? not really, there are no rankings…
It’s a journey, of course, but not only that… you also drive to get a score…
Is it a motorcycling adventure ? certainly, for the beauty of the routes and landscapes but also for the length of its stages…
New in 2024 will be the introduction of a new category with a brand new and exclusive route, the HAT Challenge. This adventure will be dedicated to the most experienced and passionate riders. It will take place over a course of more than 450 km, with passage and secret time controls, enduro park trials, and sections to be covered without a GPS track. A challenge that will test the participants’ riding, navigation and endurance skills, giving them unforgettable emotions. The HAT Challenge will be open only to 30 riders, who will participate either alone or in groups, but each registered individually. Participants will receive exclusive treatment to experience a unique adventure.
The objective is to acquire the required points (tokens) to reach the ultimate prize, which is the title of
MASTER OF ADVENTOURING

EVENT DETAILS
HAT Pavia Sanremo was born as a direct offshoot of the well-known HAT Sanremo-Sestriere, whose spirit and philosophy it shares: to broaden the horizons of Adventouring.
Departing from Pavia, in a privileged position in the Po Valley, the route winds along the banks of the river Po, then cuts south and continues towards Ovada. Here the first reliefs of the Ligurian-Piedmontese Apennines are encountered and the route becomes more wooded and mountainous. Towards Cortemilia, in the heart of the Alta Langa, we encounter steep hills, wooded paths, single tracks used mainly by farmers and scenic roads offering spectacular views. After the overnight stop in Cairo Montenotte, the route continues towards Altare, where the long dirt road of the Colla di San Giacomo takes the riders towards Garessio. From there, the passage over the Colle di Nava is a must and then the descent towards the sea to arrive in Sanremo.
An experience of freedom and responsibility
The HAT Pavia-Sanremo is an event that emphasises the autonomy and responsibility of the participants. Each participant is free to choose the route he or she prefers, following the tracks provided and indicated by the organisation. The choice of route and its distance will be the responsibility of each participant.
NEW VINTAGE
Reserved for motorbikes registered before 1994. It lasts two days and it will be possible to participate in groups of three. The route is approximately 450 kilometres, on the tracks of the Classic version with breathtaking Langhe landscapes. It is intended for those who wish to ride their historic motorbikes along an ADVENTOURING route. Departure is scheduled for Saturday morning from Pavia and arrival in Cairo Montenotte late Saturday afternoon. Departure on Sunday morning for the second stage towards Colle di Nava – Sanremo.
The new VINTAGE formula includes:
- Reserved parking
- Departure earlier than the Classic
- On Friday afternoon, an award ceremony will be organised by a jury consisting of trade journalists and vintage motorbike experts.
Award categories: oldest motorbike – rarest motorbike – best customisation - Assistance along the route, riders will be able to make use of the logistical support and medical assistance provided by the Green Cross, doctors and refreshment points.

DISCOVERY
lasts two days. It is possible to participate either individually or in a group and includes a route of approximately 390 kilometres, immersed in nature.
The route on the first day will be similar to that of the Classic, avoiding the most demanding stretches. Arrival in Cairo Montenotte in the afternoon. The restart on Sunday morning will be on part of the Classic route and on part of a dedicated route. The Discovery is the category suitable for those who want to approach the HAT for the first time and experience the atmosphere of the journey. Riders will be able to take advantage of the logistical support health care and refreshment points along the route.
CLASSIC
the traditional one, suitable for motorcyclists already experienced with more challenging stretches but still suitable for maxi-enduros weighing over 150 kg, as per ADVENTOURING SERIES regulations.

CHALLENGE
intended only for those who really want to experience an adventurous journey alone or in a group, along demanding routes, a challenge to test their driving and navigational skills but in safety, with the assistance of the organisation.
Requirements: Participation in at least one previous edition of the HAT.
Route: The Challenge route is over 450 kilometres, with new and challenging stretches differentiated from the main track. The first stage on Saturday includes a test on a reserved enduro course.
The new Challenge formula includes: –

INTERMEDIATE
STAGE The intermediate stage of The Challenge ends on Saturday evening in Cairo Montenotte.
Departure on Sunday morning for the second stage towards Colle di Nava – Sanremo.
The Challenge version is a challenging, but also very rewarding experience, a unique opportunity to experience an unforgettable adventure, testing one’s skills.
For this sixth edition, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 280 riders.
CHALLENGE RULES
- A personal challenge of precision and regularity that rewards regular, precise, respectful and consistent driving behaviour over several parameters.
- Each driver must complete the entire course faithfully following the tracks provided, within the correct average times communicated.
- The organisation will award bonuses (known as ‘tokens’) to the driver who has complied with the communicated passage places and times.
- The goal for each driver is to collect a defined number of tokens provided by the organisation on the course for each day.
Collecting points (Tokens)
- Time:
- Passage points will be established on the route at a defined distance of one kilometre known as ‘gates’.
- Each driver must adhere to the gate passage times (per indicated km) communicated at the start based on the hourly average for the day, which may be different depending on the day.
- The time of passage will be detected by active GPS tracking on each driver and for each driver.
- With a tolerance on the communicated passage time, the driver will obtain a token by passing at the gate in the correct time. A table with the start and passage times will be provided.
- Each day’s arrival will constitute a fully-fledged gate where each driver must arrive in the notified time with a tolerance of +/- 30 minutes. Failure to do so will result in the relevant token not being awarded.
- Navigation:
- The organisation will define points on the course where each driver must pass, without time relief and without the driver being informed (blind type).
- Passing the secret checkpoint alone will entitle you to a token.
- There will be three to four checkpoints per day.
- Objective:
- All riders who have collected a minimum defined number of total tokens made available by the organisation during the event will receive the title of Master of Adventouring.

La nouveauté pour 2024 sera l’introduction d’une nouvelle catégorie avec un parcours inédit et exclusif, le HAT Challenge. Cette aventure sera dédiée aux pilotes les plus expérimentés et passionnés. Elle se déroulera sur un parcours de plus de 450 km, avec des contrôles horaires de passage et secrets, des tests sur des parcs d’enduro et des sections à parcourir sans trace GPS. Un défi qui mettra à l’épreuve les capacités de conduite, de navigation et d’endurance des participants, leur procurant des émotions inoubliables. Le HAT Challenge ne sera ouvert qu’à 30 pilotes, qui participeront seuls ou en groupe, mais chacun inscrit individuellement. Les participants bénéficieront d’un traitement exclusif pour vivre une aventure unique.

DÉTAILS DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
La HAT Pavia Sanremo est née comme une émanation directe de la célèbre HAT Sanremo-Sestrières, dont elle partage l’esprit et la philosophie : élargir les horizons de l’Aventouring .
Partant de Pavie, dans une position privilégiée dans la vallée du Pô, l’itinéraire serpente le long des rives du Pô, puis coupe vers le sud et continue vers Ovada. Ici, on rencontre les premiers reliefs des Apennins liguriens-piémontais et le parcours devient plus boisé et montagneux. En direction de Cortemilia, au cœur de l’Alta Langa, vous rencontrerez des collines abruptes, des sentiers forestiers, des single tracks principalement utilisés par les agriculteurs et des routes panoramiques offrant des vues spectaculaires. Après l’arrêt de nuit au Caire Montenotte, nous continuons vers Altare, où le long chemin de terre de la Colla di San Giacomo emmène les coureurs vers Garessio. De là, le passage par Colle di Nava puis la descente vers la mer pour rejoindre Sanremo s’imposent.
Une expérience de liberté et de responsabilitéLa HAT Pavia-Sanremo est un événement qui met l’accent sur l’autonomie et la responsabilité des participants. Chaque participant est libre de choisir l’itinéraire qu’il préfère, en suivant les traces proposées et les instructions de l’organisation. Le choix de l’itinéraire et son déplacement relèveront de la responsabilité de chaque participant.
NOUVEAU VINTAGE
Réservé aux motos immatriculées avant 1994. Elle dure deux jours et il sera possible d’y participer par groupes de trois. Le parcours est d’environ 450 kilomètres, sur les pistes de la version Classic avec des paysages des Langhe à couper le souffle. Il est destiné à ceux qui souhaitent conduire leurs motos historiques sur un parcours de type ADVENTOURING. Le départ est prévu le samedi matin de Pavie et l’arrivée au Caire Montenotte en fin d’après-midi. Départ le dimanche matin pour la deuxième étape vers Colle di Nava – Sanremo.
La nouvelle formule VINTAGE comprend:
- Parking réservé
- Départ plus tôt que la Classique
- Le vendredi après-midi, une cérémonie de remise des prix sera organisée par un jury composé de journalistes spécialisés et d’experts en motos anciennes.

DISCOVERY
a duré deux jours. Il est possible de participer individuellement ou en groupe et comprend un parcours d’environ 390 kilomètres, en pleine nature. Le parcours du premier jour sera similaire à celui de la Classique, en évitant les sections les plus difficiles. Arrivée au Caire Montenotte dans l’après-midi. Le redémarrage dimanche matin se fera sur une partie du parcours Classique et sur une partie d’un parcours dédié. La Découverte est la catégorie adaptée à ceux qui souhaitent aborder la HAT pour la première fois et ressentir l’ambiance du voyage. Les pilotes pourront bénéficier d’un soutien logistique, de soins de santé et de points de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours.
CLASSIC
le traditionnel, adapté aux motocyclistes déjà expérimentés avec des sections plus exigeantes mais toujours adapté aux maxi-enduros de plus de 150 kg, selon la réglementation ADVENTOURING SERIES. Deux journées intenses au cours desquelles les participants parcourront environ 450 kilomètres. Le parcours comprend certains des les endroits les plus évocateurs de la région avec des sections techniques dans l’Alta Langa.Arrivée au Caire Montenotte en fin d’après-midi du samedi. Départ dimanche matin pour la deuxième étape en direction de Colle di Nava – Sanremo. Les pilotes pourront bénéficier d’un soutien logistique, de soins de santé et de points de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours.
CHALLENGE
destiné uniquement à ceux qui veulent vraiment vivre une expérience de voyage aventureux seul ou en groupe, sur des itinéraires difficiles, un défi pour tester leurs compétences de conduite et de navigation mais en toute sécurité, en pouvant compter sur l’assistance de l’organisation.
Conditions : Participation à au moins une édition précédente de la HAT.
Parcours : Le parcours Challenge s’étend sur plus de 450 kilomètres, avec de nouvelles sections difficiles différenciées de la piste principale. La première étape de samedi comprend un test sur un terrain réservé à l’enduro.
La nouvelle formule Challenge comprend :
• Des contrôles horaires de passage et secrets • Des tracés à suivre sans trace GPS • Un challenge de navigation et de régularité • Un test sur un parc d’enduro réservé aux participants • Limite de participants n°30 • Acquisition de scores (voir Formule Evénement Défi Maître)
ASSISTANCE
Tout au long du parcours, les coureurs pourront bénéficier du soutien logistique et de l’assistance sanitaire de la Croix Verte, des médecins et des ravitaillements et services réservés à la catégorie Challenge.Récupération de la moto sur chemins de terre (sera effectuée sorti ultérieurement, si possible avec les moyens de l’organisation et transporté jusqu’à un point d’arrêt).
ÉTAPE INTERMÉDIAIRE
L’étape intermédiaire du Challenge se termine samedi soir au Caire Montenotte. Départ dimanche matin pour la deuxième étape vers Colle di Nava – Sanremo. La version Challenge est une expérience exigeante, mais aussi très enrichissante, une occasion unique de vivre une aventure inoubliable, testant vos compétences.
Pour cette sixième édition le nombre de participants est limité à un maximum de 280 pilotes.
RÈGLEMENTS CHALLENGE
- Un défi personnel de précision et de régularité qui récompense un comportement de conduite régulier, précis, respectueux et cohérent dans le temps sur différents paramètres.
- Chaque pilote doit effectuer l’intégralité du parcours en suivant fidèlement les traces fournies, dans les bons temps moyens communiqués.
- L’organisation attribuera des primes (appelées « Tokens ») au pilote qui aura respecté les lieux et horaires de passage communiqués.
- L’objectif pour chaque conducteur est de collecter un nombre défini de Tokens fournis par l’organisation sur le parcours pour chaque jour.
Collecte de points (jeton)
- Temps:
- Des points de passage seront établis sur le parcours à un kilomètre défini appelé « Portes ».
- Chaque pilote devra respecter les horaires de passage des portes (aux km indiqués) communiqués au départ en fonction du tarif horaire moyen de la journée, qui peut être différent selon les jours.
- Le temps de passage sera détecté via un suivi GPS actif sur chaque pilote et pour chaque pilote.
- Avec une tolérance sur l’heure de passage communiquée, le pilote obtiendra un jeton en passant la porte au bon moment. Un tableau vous sera fourni avec les horaires de départ et de passage.
- Chaque arrivée du jour constituera une porte en tous points où chaque pilote devra arriver dans le délai communiqué avec une tolérance de +/- 30 minutes. Sinon, vous n’obtiendrez pas le jeton correspondant.
- La navigation:
- L’organisation définira des points sur le parcours où chaque pilote devra passer, sans égard à l’horaire et sans que le pilote en soit informé (type aveugle).
- Le simple fait de passer le point de contrôle secret vous donnera droit à un token.
- Il y aura 3/4 points de contrôle par jour.
- Cible:
- Tous les pilotes ayant collecté un nombre minimum de jetons totaux mis à disposition par l’organisation lors de l’événement recevront le titre de Master of Adventouring .

A giudizio dell’Organizzazione, in caso di condizioni meteorologiche sfavorevoli, la manifestazione potrà subire la variazione del programma sia prima dell’inizio della medesima che durante il suo svolgimento.

- Les participants devront signer un document d’indemnisation de responsabilité, document nécessaire pour protéger la responsabilité civile de l’Organisation, qui fournira exclusivement un soutien logistique à travers des points de ravitaillement et des soins de santé.
Les frais d’inscription sont destinés uniquement à rembourser les dépenses liées à l’organisation de l’événement, telles que : inscription auprès de l’association, mise à disposition de points de ravitaillement, de soins de santé, de médecins et de la Croix Verte, location de matériel de suivi des participants, mise en place des points de départ et d’arrivée, matériel publicitaire de l’événement (t-shirts, gadgets etc.).
De l’avis de l’Organisation, en cas de conditions météorologiques défavorables, l’épreuve pourra subir une modification du programme aussi bien avant le début de l’épreuve que pendant son déroulement.
De l’avis de l’Organisation, en cas de changements liés à de nouvelles dispositions législatives réglementant l’accès et le transit sur les itinéraires possibles, l’événement pourra subir une modification du programme tant avant le début de l’événement qu’au cours de son déroulement.
Ces variations ne constitueront pas une raison pour que les membres demandent un quelconque type de compensation pour les frais de participation ou une partie de ceux-ci.
Avec le début du départ du premier groupe de participants, l’événement est considéré comme ayant commencé (pour toutes les catégories), par conséquent, les éventuelles modifications du programme et les éventuelles suspensions ultérieures ne constitueront pas un motif de demande de remboursement des frais de participation. .

Tappa intermedia Cairo Montenotte.
Tutti i partecipanti arriveranno a Cairo Montenotte (SV) nel tardo pomeriggio, dove sarà organizzata una cena tipica piemontese per concludere la prima tappa della HAT Pavia-Sanremo.
Pernottamento
Il pernottamento del sabato notte è a carico del partecipante. Vista la tipologia turistica della zona, vi consigliamo di prenotare con largo anticipo.
REGOLAMENTO
CLASSIC e VINTAGE: La partecipazione è consentita solo a gruppi di 3-4 motociclisti.
DISCOVERY: La partecipazione è consentita singolarmente o in gruppi di 2-3 motociclisti.
CHALLENGE: La partecipazione è consentita singolarmente a piloti che abbiano già partecipato ad una HAT almeno una volta. La partenza in gruppo è consentita solo per motivi logistici.I punteggi per ottenere L’attestato di Master of Adventouring saranno calcolati per ogni singolo partecipante.
L’ordine di partenza delle categorie VINTAGE / CLASSIC / EXTREME sarà determinato dal saldo della quota di partecipazione del gruppo. Chi prima paga prima parte!!!

REQUISITI TECNICI MOTO AMMESSE:
- Tipologia: moto pluricilindriche da entro-fuoristrada e quelle monocilindriche non specialistiche
- Peso: superiore ai 150 kg
- Impianto di illuminazione: perfettamente funzionante
- Requisiti tecnici conformi al Codice della Strada: rispettano le norme previste dal Codice della Strada
- Per ciascun gruppo è ammessa la presenza di una motocicletta con peso inferiore ai 150 kg; quindi, tale gruppo potrà essere composto da due moto con peso superiore ai 150 kg e una moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg.
- I piloti di sesso femminile possono partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg.
- I piloti minorenni possono partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg (nella stessa squadra dovrà essere presente uno dei genitori del minorenne).
- Per gli scooter non esiste limite di peso, ma devono essere maggiori di 125cc, preparati adeguatamente.
REGISTRAZIONI:
- Le registrazioni si terranno esclusivamente il venerdì pomeriggio a PAVIA dalle 13 alle 19.
- È richiesta la massima puntualità.
- Tutti i componenti del gruppo devono presentarsi insieme (è accettata ma sconsigliata la presenza di un solo componente che dovrà sia consegnare che ritirare l’intera documentazione degli altri partecipanti del gruppo).
Documenti da presentare alla registrazione:
- Copia del bonifico di pagamento.
- Tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS. I partecipanti che hanno già fatto la tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS, ma non ne sono ancora in possesso, la ritireranno insieme alla documentazione dell’evento.
- Manleva di responsabilità debitamente compilata e firmata.
Sistema di rilevamento della posizione GPS:
- Il tracker verrà consegnato alla registrazione.
- Richiede il versamento di una cauzione di € 100 in contanti.
- La cauzione verrà restituita a Sanremo, alla riconsegna del dispositivo.

Cairo Montenotte intermediate stage.
All participants will arrive in Cairo Montenotte (SV) in the late afternoon, where a typical Piedmontese dinner will be organised to conclude the first stage of the HAT Pavia-Sanremo.
Overnight accommodation Overnight accommodation on Saturday night is the responsibility of the participant. Due to the tourist nature of the area, we recommend booking well in advance.
RULES

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ADMITTED MOTORBIKES:
- Type: multi-cylinder off-road and non-specialist single-cylinder motorbikes
- Weight: over 150 kg
- Lighting system: fully functional
- Technical requirements in accordance with the Highway Code: comply with the standards set out in the Highway Code
- One motorbike weighing less than 150 kg is permitted in each group; therefore, such a group may consist of two motorbikes weighing more than 150 kg and one motorbike weighing less than 150 kg.
- Female riders may participate with motorbikes weighing less than 150 kg.
- Underage riders may participate with motorbikes weighing less than 150 kg (one of the underage rider’s parents must be present in the same team).
- For scooters, there is no weight limit, but they must be over 125 cc and properly prepared.
RECORDS:
- Registration will take place exclusively on Friday afternoons in PAVIA from 1pm to 7pm.
- Punctuality is required.
- All group members must present themselves together (the presence of only one member is accepted but not recommended, who must both deliver and collect the entire documentation of the other group participants).
Documents to be submitted at registration:
- Copy of payment transfer.
- OVER2000RIDERS AICS card. Participants who have already made the OVER2000RIDERS AICS card, but are not yet in possession of it, will collect it together with the event documentation.
- Liability waiver duly completed and signed.
GPS position tracking system:
- The tracker will be delivered upon registration.
- Requires a deposit of € 100 in cash.
- The deposit will be returned to San Remo upon return of the device.

La nuitée du samedi soir est à la charge du participant. Compte tenu de la typologie touristique de la région, nous vous conseillons de réserver longtemps à l’avance.

EXIGENCES TECHNIQUES POUR LES MOTOS AUTORISÉES :
- Type : motos tout terrain multicylindres et monocylindres non spécialisées
- Poids : plus de 150 kg
- Système d’éclairage : entièrement fonctionnel
- Exigences techniques conformes au Code de la route : elles respectent les règles établies par le Code de la route
- Pour chaque groupe, la présence d’une moto de moins de 150 kg est autorisée ; ce groupe peut donc être composé de deux motos de plus de 150 kg et d’une moto de moins de 150 kg.
- Les motardes peuvent participer avec des motos pesant moins de 150 kg.
- Les coureurs mineurs peuvent participer avec des motos de moins de 150 kg (un des parents du mineur doit être présent dans la même équipe).
- Pour les scooters, il n’y a pas de limite de poids, mais ils doivent être supérieurs à 125 cm3 et correctement préparés.
INSCRIPTIONS :
- Les inscriptions auront lieu exclusivement le vendredi après-midi à PAVIE de 13h à 19h.
- Une ponctualité maximale est requise.
- Tous les membres du groupe doivent se présenter ensemble (la présence d’un seul membre qui devra à la fois remettre et récupérer l’intégralité de la documentation des autres participants du groupe est acceptée mais déconseillée).

- Carte AICS OVER2000RIDERS. Les participants qui ont déjà obtenu la carte OVER2000RIDERS AICS, mais ne l’ont pas encore, la récupéreront avec la documentation de l’événement.
- Indemnité de responsabilité dûment complétée et signée.
Système de suivi de localisation GPS :
- Le tracker sera livré lors de l’inscription.
- Nécessite le versement d’une caution de 100 € en espèces.
- La caution sera restituée à Sanremo lors du retour de l’appareil.
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Questa edizione si svolge sotto l’egida della A.I.C.S. Associazione Italiana Turismo Sport con il patrocinio della Regione Lombardia, Regione Piemonte e Regione Liguria.
La partenza ha luogo dalla città di PAVIA (PV) con tappa a Cairo Montenotte e arrivo presso la cittadina di SANREMO (IM)) per tutte le categorie della HAT.
• Il pernottamento del sabato per i partecipanti è nella zona Cairo Montenotte.
• Coloro che utilizzano il proprio furgone/carrello devono provvedere autonomamente alla logistica per il rientro, la distanza tra le due località (da Pavia a Sanremo) è di circa 250 km di strada asfaltata.
Con l’iscrizione alla associazione OVER2000RIDERS più il tesseramento all’AICS si accede alle polizze assicurative previste per questo tipo di evento, è possibile prenderne visione nel sito ufficiale di AICS. http://motociclismo.aics.it/
Al momento della registrazione all’evento ogni partecipante, dopo aver consegnato tutti i documenti richiesti, riceverà un pacco contenente i gadget ed i ticket per i ristori.
Nei punti previsti di ristoro, ciascun partecipante deve consegnare il ticket per ottenere la consumazione.
Ai partecipanti regolarmente iscritti verrà inviato via e-mail entro il 07 luglio il programma definitivo dettagliato con: indirizzi, orari e quanto necessario per la partecipazione, inoltre, la traccia GPS (in formato .GPX) contenente il percorso ed eventuali varianti, punti dei ristori e controllo dei passaggi. Per la categoria Challenge i WP i punti di controllo orari ed i punti con interruzione della traccia verranno inviati tramite e-mail il mattino della partenza.
Nell’attraversamento dei centri abitati ed in prossimità dei punti ristoro, si chiede un comportamento rispettoso, procedendo a velocità molto bassa, evitando inutili rumori molesti e spegnendo le moto appena fermi. Insomma, usando il buon senso.
ATTESTATO DI PARTECIPAZIONE
L’ attestato di partecipazione verrà consegnato a tutti i partecipanti che arriveranno a Sanremo
MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
I partecipanti che avranno percorso l’intero tragitto rispettando tutti i punti di controllo sia orari che segreti ed avranno ottenuto il punteggio totale richiesto, riceveranno l’attestato di MASTER OF ADVENTOURING. L’invio sarà effettuato alcuni giorni dopo la fine della manifestazione, in formato digitale, previa verifica dello staff tecnico dei percorsi registrati dal tracker.
SICUREZZA
Per garantire la massima sicurezza dei partecipanti durante la manifestazione, sarà attivo un servizio di rilevamento della posizione h24 tramite “TRACKER – GSM.”
• Il sistema è fornito da una società esterna specializzata e gestito dal nostro Servizio Tecnico.
• Il dispositivo verrà consegnato alla partenza ai partecipanti singolarmente per le categorie DISCOVERY e CHALLENGE. Un dispositivo a gruppo per la categoria CLASSIC / VINTAGE. Il tracker dovrà essere restituito al termine della manifestazione all’arrivo a SANREMO.
• Il dispositivo verrà consegnato alla registrazione a Pavia, e la cauzione di € 100 verrà restituita a Sanremo. Nel caso sia impossibile restituire fisicamente il dispositivo all’arrivo a SANREMO prima della chiusura della manifestazione, dovrà essere spedito con posta prioritaria all’Organizzazione con spese a carico del mittente.
• I partecipanti iscritti come gruppo che restituiscono il dispositivo si considerano tutti ritirati definitivamente dalla manifestazione.”
TRACCE GPS
I partecipanti si impegnano formalmente a non divulgare a terzi le tracce GPS del percorso né di quello effettuato, al fine di evitare che questi itinerari vengano percorsi con comportamenti e atteggiamenti non in linea con quelli dell’Associazione.
AUTORIZZAZIONE TRATTAMENTO IMMAGINE
Ciascuno dei partecipanti riconosce che la sua partecipazione all’evento autorizza l’Organizzazione e i suoi assegnatari o altre parti qualificate a catturare e conservare, su qualsiasi supporto e con qualsiasi mezzo, a riprodurre e rappresentare successivamente, senza alcun compenso il proprio nome e cognome, la voce, l’immagine, la biografia e più in generale, le prestazioni nell’ambito dell’evento, nonché i marchi dei produttori di attrezzature e degli sponsor in qualsiasi forma su qualsiasi mezzo di comunicazione esistente o futuro, in qualsiasi formato, per qualsiasi comunicazione al pubblico in tutto il mondo, per qualsiasi uso ivi compreso quello pubblicitario e/o commerciale e senza altre limitazioni se non quelle indicate di seguito.
L’Organizzazione o altri soggetti qualificati potranno sfruttare le immagini fisse o audiovisive dell’evento per qualsiasi uso diverso da quello pubblicitario e/o commerciale e la promozione dell’Evento non è considerata come uno sfruttamento commerciale per il periodo di protezione attualmente concesso a questi tipi di uso.
L’Organizzazione non utilizzerà o autorizzerà l’uso dell’immagine individuale di un partecipante nell’ambito della commercializzazione di prodotti derivati, noti come merchandising senza l’espressa autorizzazione del partecipante stesso

GENERAL INFORMATION
This edition takes place under the aegis of A.I.C.S. Associazione Italiana Turismo Sport with the patronage of the Lombardy Region, the Piedmont Region and the Liguria Region.
The start will take place from the city of PAVIA (PV) with a stop in Cairo Montenotte and arrival in the town of SANREMO (IM)) for all categories of the HAT.
– The overnight stay on Saturday for participants is in Cairo Montenotte.
– Those using their own van/trolley must make their own logistics arrangements for the return journey, the distance between the two locations (Pavia to Sanremo) is approximately 250 km of paved road.
With the registration to the OVER2000RIDERS association plus the AICS membership, one has access to the insurance policies foreseen for this type of event, which can be viewed on the official AICS website. http://motociclismo.aics.it/ At the
time of registration for the event, each participant, after having handed in all the required documents, will receive a packet containing gadgets and tickets for the refreshment points.
At the planned refreshment points, each participant must hand in the ticket to obtain a refreshment.
Duly registered participants will be sent by e-mail by 07 July the final detailed programme with: addresses, times and all that is necessary for participation, as well as the GPS track (in .GPX format) containing the route and any variants, refreshment points and passage control. For the Challenge category the time control points and points with track breaks will be sent by e-mail on the morning of the start.
When passing through built-up areas and in the vicinity of refreshment posts, respectful behaviour is requested, proceeding at a very low speed, avoiding unnecessary nuisance noise and switching off bikes as soon as they have stopped. In short, using common sense.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
A certificate of participation will be given to all participants arriving in San Remo
MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
Participants who have covered the entire route respecting all the control points, both hourly and secret, and have obtained the required total score, will receive the MASTER OF ADVENTOURING certificate. This will be sent a few days after the end of the event, in digital format, after verification by the technical staff of the routes recorded by the tracker.
SECURITY
In order to ensure maximum safety for participants during the event, a 24-hour position-tracking service will be active via “TRACKER – GSM.”
– The system is provided by a specialised external company and operated by our Technical Service.
– The device will be handed out at the start to participants individually for the DISCOVERY and CHALLENGE categories. One device per group for the CLASSIC / VINTAGE category. The tracker must be returned at the end of the event upon arrival in SANREMO.
– The device will be handed over at the registration in Pavia, and the deposit of € 100 will be returned in Sanremo. In case it is impossible to physically return the device upon arrival in SANREMO before the closure of the event, it will have to be sent by priority mail to the Organisation at the sender’s expense.
– Participants registered as a group who return the device are all considered to have permanently withdrawn from the event.”
GPS TRACKS
Participants formally undertake not to divulge to third parties the GPS tracks of the route or the route taken, in order to avoid these routes being travelled with behaviour and attitudes not in line with those of the Association.
AUTHORISATION FOR IMAGE PROCESSING
Each participant acknowledges that his/her participation in the event authorises the Organisation and its assignees or other qualified parties to capture and preserve, on any medium and by any means, to reproduce and subsequently represent, without any compensation whatsoever, his/her name and surname, voice, image, biography and more generally performance in the event, as well as the trademarks of the equipment manufacturers and sponsors in any form on any existing or future media, in any format, for any communication to the public worldwide, for any use including advertising and/or commercial use and without any other restriction other than those indicated below.
The Organisation or other qualified parties may exploit the still or audiovisual images of the Event for any use other than advertising and/or commercial use and the promotion of the Event shall not be considered as commercial exploitation for the period of protection currently granted to these types of use.
The Organisation will not use or authorise the use of the individual image of a participant in the marketing of derived products known as merchandising without the express authorisation of the participant

INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
Cette édition se déroule sous l’égide de l’Association Italienne de Tourisme Sportif AICS avec le patronage de la Région Lombardie, de la Région Piémont et de la Région Ligurie.
Le départ s’effectue de la ville de PAVIA (PV) avec un arrêt à Cairo Montenotte et arrivée à la ville de SANREMO (IM) pour toutes les catégories de la HAT.
- La nuit du samedi pour les participants se fait dans la zone du Caire Montenotte.
- Ceux qui utilisent leur propre camionnette/chariot doivent assurer indépendamment la logistique du retour, la distance entre les deux sites (de Pavie à Sanremo) est d’environ 250 km de route asphaltée.
En vous inscrivant à l’association OVER2000RIDERS plus adhésion à l’AICS, vous accédez aux polices d’assurance prévues pour ce type d’événement, consultables sur le site officiel de l’AICS. http://motociclismo.aics.it/Lors de l’inscription à l’événement, chaque participant, après avoir remis tous les documents requis, recevra un colis contenant les gadgets et les tickets de ravitaillement. Aux points de ravitaillement désignés, chaque participant devra remettre le ticket pour obtenir la boisson. Les participants régulièrement inscrits recevront par e-mail avant le 7 juillet le programme détaillé définitif avec : les adresses, les horaires et tout le nécessaire pour la participation, en plus, la trace GPS (au format .GPX) contenant l’itinéraire et tout variantes, points de ravitaillement et contrôle de passage. Pour la catégorie Challenge, les WP, les points de contrôle horaires et les points d’interruption du parcours seront envoyés par email le matin du départ. Lors de la traversée des centres habités et à proximité des points de ravitaillement, un comportement respectueux est demandé en procédant à très basse vitesse. , en évitant les bruits forts inutiles et en éteignant les motos dès qu’elles s’arrêtent. CERTIFICAT DE PARTICIPATION
Le certificat de participation sera remis à tous les participants arrivant à Sanremo
MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
Les participants ayant parcouru l’intégralité du parcours en respectant tous les points de contrôle chronométrés et secrets et ayant obtenu le score total requis recevront le certificat MASTER OF ADVENTOURING. L’envoi se fera quelques jours après la fin de l’épreuve, sous format numérique, après vérification par le staff technique des itinéraires enregistrés par le tracker.
SÉCURITÉ
Afin d’assurer une sécurité maximale aux participants pendant l’événement, un service de suivi de position 24 heures sur 24 sera actif via « TRACKER – GSM ».
• Le système est fourni par une entreprise externe spécialisée et géré par notre Service Technique.
- L’appareil sera remis individuellement aux participants au départ pour les catégories DÉCOUVERTE et CHALLENGE. Un appareil de groupe pour la catégorie CLASSIC / VINTAGE. Le tracker devra être rendu à la fin de l’événement à l’arrivée à SANREMO.
- L’appareil sera livré lors de l’inscription à Pavie et la caution de 100 € sera restituée à Sanremo. S’il est impossible de restituer physiquement l’appareil à son arrivée à SANREMO avant la clôture de l’événement, il devra être envoyé par courrier prioritaire à l’Organisation aux frais de l’expéditeur.
- Les participants inscrits en groupe qui restituent l’appareil sont tous considérés comme définitivement retirés de l’événement.
TRACES GPS
Les participants s’engagent formellement à ne pas divulguer à des tiers les traces GPS de l’itinéraire ou de l’itinéraire emprunté, afin d’éviter que ces itinéraires soient suivis avec des comportements et attitudes non conformes à ceux de l’Association.
AUTORISATION DE TRAITEMENT D’IMAGES
Chacun des participants reconnaît que sa participation à l’événement autorise l’Organisation et ses ayants droit ou autres personnes qualifiées à capturer et conserver, sur tout support et par tout moyen, pour ultérieurement reproduire et représenter, sans aucune rémunération, son nom et nom, voix, image, biographie et plus généralement, performance au sein de l’événement, ainsi que les marques des équipementiers et sponsors sous toute forme sur tous supports existants ou à venir, sous tout format, pour toute communication au public dans le monde entier, pour tout usage y compris publicitaire et/ou commercial et sans autres limitations autres que celles indiquées ci-dessous. L’Organisation ou d’autres parties qualifiées pourront exploiter les images fixes ou audiovisuelles de l’événement pour tout usage autre que l’usage publicitaire et/ou commercial et la promotion. de l’Évènement n’est pas considérée comme une exploitation commerciale pendant la durée de protection actuellement accordée à ces types d’utilisation. L’Organisation n’utilisera ni n’autorisera l’utilisation de l’image individuelle d’un participant à la commercialisation de produits dérivés, dits merchandising, sans l’accord autorisation expresse du participant
